*Why I love being an educator?: For me it is simple: I enjoy working with young people. After spending four years in the United States Marine Corps, I served a mission for my church. It was there that I realized how much I enjoyed teaching and serving others. I discovered that teaching children and the youth was rewarding and invigorating. There is nothing that I would rather be doing as a professional than serving in public education. I love working with the children, families and my colleagues at Eagle Valley Elementary School.
